Rock The Coast, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, “RTC, or “Company”) provides this Privacy Policy to explain its information collection practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. The Privacy Policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the Website or to Company.  To make the policy and any future changes easy to find, a current copy is published and available on the Company’s website (www.rockthecoasttx.com, the “Website”). As noted below, please be aware that Company may change this Privacy Policy in the future, and it is your obligation to review this Privacy Policy from time to time and the effective date listed with it. 

The Privacy Policy is also incorporated by reference in RTC’s Purchase and Participation Agreement. 

By accessing and using the Website, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. 

WEBSITE USERS MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD
By accessing and using the Website, you affirmatively acknowledge that you are AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD.  

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU
Any user that submits information to the Website or Company for reservations, bookings, and purchases will be required to provide personal information which may include, but not be limited to: the first and last names of you and any other proposed participants of the Rock The Coast cruise or event, the age and/or birthdate of each purchaser and participant(s), the emergency contact information for each participant, physical address(es), billing address(es), e-mail address(es), and any credit/debit card or payment processing information. 

We may collection personal information when you make a purchase on the Website, by telephone, or at any RTC event or venue. 

The Website also may collect user information including IP address(es), referring website information, browser information, and other related data.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any personal information that you provide us will only be used by us and/or shared with Carnival Cruise Line and any third-party payment processors, as necessary, to initiate and complete any orders that you place with us. 

Personal information that you provide us for access or participation at any RTC event will be processed directly by Company or its third-party processor. 

Personal information that you provide us for booking and accommodations aboard the scheduled Carnival Cruise Line vessel will be shared directly with Carnival or its third-party processor to secure and process your reservation request. 

All purchases will be processed through a secure checkout that complies with federal and state laws and regulations.  All credit and debit card transactions by us are processed with industry standard encryption. 

Any personal or payment process information shared and used by Carnival Cruise Lines or any other third-party processor in fulfilment of your order request is subject to rules, terms, conditions and policies of that third party. The Company shall not be responsible for the privacy policy or the content of other third-party websites. 

RTC, Carnival, or any applicable third party processor may use your personal information in order to administer, manager, and correspond with you about your purchase, and may also add your personal information to either of our database in order to inform you of upcoming events, offers, or other information that may be of interest to you. RTC, Carnival, or any applicable third-party processor may also collect and store your purchase information and associate it with other personal information held about you in order to personalize services and related offers. 

COOKIES AND USER TRACKING
We may use “cookies,” other types of website navigation information and demographic information to better your experience on the Website by allowing us to monitor and track website activity, tailor your experience on the Website to select products that may be sold through the Website or to determine products or services that we believe you may be interested in. “Cookies” are small data files that are transferred to your hard drive when you visit a website if your browser setting permit the acceptance of cookie. We may utilize the services of outside advertising agencies or other third to advertise our services and goods and/or services offered by third parties. Either we or our advertising agencies may use cookies and/or “action tags” to measure advertising effectiveness on an “anonymous basis.” Some emails from us may contain advertisements from companies unrelated to the Website. Should you elect to visit any such advertiser’s website, we cannot, and do not, make any representations about applicable terms and conditions or privacy policies for such advertisers’ websites. 

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
We understand that information that you share with us may be considered private to you. However, all information you provide to us may be shared with other third parties as necessary to fulfil or process your order or bookings, communicate with you, and/or to comply with applicable laws and cooperate with law enforcement and the court system.  You consent to the Company’s use of your information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy by accessing and using the Website, or by requesting or purchasing goods or services from Company.

SECURITY OF INFORMATION
We have adopted and implemented reasonable and technologically feasible procedures for maintaining the security, accuracy and integrity of all personal information collected.

While we use commercially reasonable physical, managerial and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Consequently, you agree and acknowledge that RTC is neither responsible nor liable for any loss or damage for any information that is intercepted and/or used by an unintended recipient. We make no representations or warranty regarding any third-party’s use, collection, or disclosure of your personal information.

EMAIL OFFERS, PROMOTIONS, AND SOLICITATIONS
Your email address may be used by Company to communicate special offers, promotions, advertising, and other solicitations. These communications shall be deemed to be opt-in email communications by virtue of you providing your email to Company. You may opt-out of a mailing list by clicking on the removal link located at the bottom of the promotional email or by visiting the Website. Alternatively, if you do not wish to receive any solicitations, advertisements, promotional offers, you may opt out by sending an email with the subject line stating “Unsubscribe” to contact@rockthecoasttx.com.

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. You agree that we are under no duty to send you notice of such changes. Instead it is your responsibility to check this Privacy Policy published on the Website from time to time.  Each Privacy Policy posted by the Company shall set forth the specific Effective Date of the Privacy Policy.
